Launched in March 1961, the Fabulous E-Type Jaguar was Greeted with World Wide Acclaim and is Revered by Enthusiasts To This Day as one of the British Motor Industry's Greatest Achievements. Even the Great Enzo Ferrari reportedly called it The Most Beautiful Car Ever Made

Following the Success of the Original 3.8L Variants the 4.2L was Introduced, Providing the Same Level of Power and Top Speed, with the Added Bonus of Almost 18% More Torque, Allowing for an Improved Driving Experience. The Series 2 was Released in 1968 and Continued in Production Until 1971, when the V12 Powered Series 3 was Introduced, Shifting the E-Type towards the Grand Touring market.

This 1969 Jaguar 4.2 Series 2 FHC was Delivered New by Bryson Industries Ltd. on 24th December 1969 to NJ Royle of Chatswood NSW. Residing in NSW until it was Purchased out of Orange NSW by its Most Recent Owner, a Melbourne based Gentleman, in January 1996.

Following its Arrival in Melbourne the E-Type Underwent a Comprehensive Restoration by well Renowned E-Type Jaguar Specialist, Glenn Olsen. The Comprehensive Restoration Included a back to Bare Metal Repaint, Retrim, Mechanical Over Haul and with the Assistance of V & A Spiteri a Full Engine, Gearbox and Differential Rebuild.

Supporting the Jaguar is a File Containing the E-Types Original Periodic Maintenance Book as well as Invoices for both General Service work and the Restoration.
