Only Produced for 10 Months, the Phase I GTI 1.9L, was Australias First Introduction to Peugeots Entry in the European Phenomenon, the Hot Hatch. With a Healthy 1.9L 4 Cylinder, Backed by a 5 Speed Gearbox Accelerating the 875kg Hatchback at a Rapid Rate, Perfect for Sprinting Through Winding Roads, and Through the Hills, while also Allowing a Comfortable 100kmph Jaunt Amongst the Countryside.

This Superb Example was Sold New to Basil Victor of Moorooka QLD on the 25th of November 1987, by Maxim Motors of Bowen Hills QLD. Retaining its Original Wallet and Books, the Maintenance Handbook Indicates Regular Servicing by the Original Dealer Until 1993 (at 63,494 kms).
